Participants will delve into the wonderful world of messy nature play, discovering its many benefits, and pick up handy cleanup tips along the way. Getting families excited to join in is the first step, and success thrives on open communication, being well-prepared, and coming together as a team.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This course is ideal for anyone who facilitates nature-based education and outdoor learning with young children, which may include: teachers and administrators in preschool, childcare, or elementary school settings; naturalists, environmental educators, or outdoor educators; wilderness survival enthusiasts; and parents.

MEET YOUR PRESENTER
Jenn Thrasher has a degree in Early Care and Education and works as a Reggio teacher in Columbia, MO. Her passion for both loose parts and the great outdoors guided her towards the forest school pedagogy. Jenn founded Wild Tykes in 2019 and loves supporting the vision as it grows.

*If you are unable to make it to the live session, don't worry! We will record the session to share with all registered individuals.
