ANBE provides stellar nature-based training to educators and childcare providers to ensure that all children have safe, healthy, and meaningful opportunities for nature connection to support holistic development and well-being. We also facilitate hands-on programs with children to expand access to the benefits of nature-based education and environmental literacy. But we can't do it alone - we need your support!

We are activity working with partners to identify a forever home in Long Green Valley, in Baltimore County, MD. Our goal is to establish a nature-based teacher training center with model programs for the community, including a lab preK-12 forest school (see Notchcliff Nature Programs), inclusive nature play spaces, reforested and preserved land, native gardens, Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) plots, programs for elders, nature retreat spaces, nature art studio, and more. This destination site will welcome teachers, families, and children to experience first hand what robust nature-based education programs can do.
