Refunds

Full refunds are given if you cancel your registration within two weeks of the scheduled program date. If you request a refund within two weeks of the start date, we will apply full credit towards future training. No cash refunds are given for scholarship aid, however you may apply scholarship aid to a different program based on availability. 

Refunds for Nature-Based Teacher Certification

Full refunds are given if you cancel your registration within 90 days of the scheduled start of the in-person course. If you request a refund less than 90 days before the scheduled start of the program, we will refund 50% of the program fees. Sorry, there are no refunds given if a registration is canceled less than 60 days from the program start date.
