Nature-based learning and play promotes joyful growth and development in early learning.  In this session, you will learn how meaningful documentation of learning that is co-created with children can illuminate a child's progress.  Using Wind Ridge Schoolhouse's documentation of learning cycle, participants will consider how documentation can be truly beneficial for the child, the teacher, and the family.  This hands-on workshop will offer space for reflection and action within your documentation of learning process.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This course is ideal for anyone who facilitates nature-based education and outdoor learning, which may include: teachers and administrators in preschool, childcare, or elementary school settings; naturalists, environmental educators, or outdoor educators; wilderness survival enthusiasts; and parents.
