ABOUT THE PRESENTER

My work supports people in developing self-awareness in the dimensions of our physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual selves. By exploring our relationship with movement in these areas, we perpetuate our own growth, personal thriving and healing. We also achieve deeper authenticity in our connection with ourselves, others and the natural world. My offerings come from heart-led creative vision, primarily in the areas of song channeling and sharing, inspired art projects, martial arts training and teaching, Exploring Women's Gifts workshops and moon circles, and one-on-one mentoring. I also do illustration - tattoo and logo design and portraits. I have black belts in Judo and Kung Fu. I'm a married to a wilderness skills and sacred hunting instructor and am the mother of two beautiful children.
